Q. How do I get my certificate?
A. When checking out, certificates will be emailed to the email address you entered. If we do not allow an emailed version of the certificates, they will be mailed to the address entered at checkout.
Q. When can I redeem my certificate?
A. Each certificate will have an expiration date if it expires at all. Please carefully read the description on each vendor offer for expiration dates and seasons available. Sorry, we are not responsible for your attempt to use expired certificates.
Q. Can I give the certificate as a gift?
A. If you know you are giving the certificate as a gift, you can address it to that lucky person or send it to their email. The billing information is separate. If you are unsure, you can have your name as the recipient and still give it away.
Q. Do I have to buy it now?
You should buy any wanted deals quickly. There are limited quantities available and there may not be more available for purchase. Our website will display Sold-Out offers.
Q. What if I take my certificate to the business and they will not honor it?
A. That should not happen, however, if it does please let us know ASAP. A local deal technician will personally handle your issue directly with the advertiser and we will find a solution.
Q. Is gratuity included?
A. Gratuity is NOT included. Please remember, businesses are hoping to gain new customers by offering discounts. If you feel like you have received good service please show your gratitude. This will help us get better and bigger deals in the future.
Q. Are there redemption requirements?
A. Yes, service providers are expecting a certificate to be used/redeemed in full, in a single visit. In other words, multiple certificates may not be used or stacked, in the same visit. No cash back. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

WEEKEND PURCHASES: If certificates need to be sent via US Mail, all certificates purchased Friday (After 4:30pm) through Sunday (or Holidays), may be sent (or will be processed) on the following Monday or non-holiday weekday.
MAILING VIA USPS: If sending by US Mail, our office will process orders by noon the following business day. Please allow customary USPS mailing time. We do offer an additional 2-Day Priority for $20, to be processed on weekdays only.
WEBSITE PURCHASING: Unique identifier codes are created for each certificate. Please do not deface these required confirmation codes on your certificates.
PATIENCE PLEASE: Internet, WiFi, Banking Systems, Computers & Mobile devices process by varying methods and time frames. Please allow at least 30 minutues if you are waiting for your receipt to appear. Holidays can also add extended processing time.
